Outplacement service
Linzi’s outplacement services provide trainings on change management communication skills and ongoing support to enable management to meet challenges during the changing uncertainty period. We provide layoff and outplacement services, which include announcement onsite support, employee emotional support, face-to-face and individual career development consultations. EAP service will serve as continuous psychological support to laid-off employees helping them emotionally and technically adapt quickly to career changes. Employees who stay with organization will also benefit from the EAP program to overcome the possible “survivor syndrome”.
